Here is my strat project. Sliiiight relic, mainly just took the shine off the plastic, rounded the knobs a bit.

Body from guy on ebay, light ash. Guitar rereanch coral nitrocellulose lacquer, thin coat. Lace sensor holy grails. Ebony fretboard from allparts, graphite nut.

Tremolo not really in use. Plan to keep it floating without blocking it off, and have a bone nut put in. The bridge is a typical wilkinson.

The neck has amber lacquer on it. I need someone to do some fretwork on it.

Thanks. The color is so nice in person. Not red, not really orange, not really coral, not really thick and saturated, not really dusty and pink-like. It's meant to look like an aged fiesta red, but I don't think fiesta red would age like this.

Also, you can't see in the photo, but all the different plastic parts are slightly different shades of white. Yes I am a huge nerd.

Why go with bone instead of keeping the graphtech nut? It looks fine like that.
