Right when we were getting ready to play a show.
My DC Brick wouldn't power up, tried it in multiple outlets. I had to send our drummer down to the gas station to get 9 volt batteries.
All I really had on my pedalboard was my Korg DT10, MI Audio Blues OD, and a Guyatone MD3. I tried batteries in my DT10 and it wouldn't power up either, but the other two worked fine. So I ended up just ditching the tuner.
So I went on a little online shopping spree this morning. Ordered a TC Electronics Polytune and a T-Rex Fuel Tank as the replacements. I'm back in the effects game after getting my 65 Amps Lil Elvis so it's time to revamp my pedalboard. The DC Brick and Korg DT10 have lasted me an eternity it seems, but all good things come to an end.
And for any of you guys who gig, make sure to keep a bunch of extra 9V batteries in your bag
