Hi Dan,
It's all done, no problems at all. Sounds like a great vintage wah! Not gonna get any metal solo tones out of it, but it will work for about everything else.
Total bill then comes to $56.10 including priority shipping. Please send that via paypal to: pedalhacker@verizon.net. Parts changed are as follows:

68k resistor to 47k
33k resistor to 56k
1.5k resistor to 2.4k
470 resistor to 330
.01uf capacitor to .015uf
spst switch changed to dpdt and pedal rewired for true bypass with no cross-talk or clicking
potentiometer adjusted to maximize sweep
all resistors used are Allen Bradley carbon composition 5% tolerance
Capacitor is a 715P metallized polypropylene Sprague Orange Drop

If you need any more info, feel free to ask!
Thanks,
Mike Richardson

In a few days, when I get it back, I will give it a try and let you know how it sounds. :)

Yeah...I am on a temporary high again. Selling that Fender Custom Vibrolux Reverb gave me some money to work with.

1. Got the Carvin Nomad amp.
2. Got the EV-12L Speaker.
3. Finally getting my wah fixed the way I want it!

and I am selling the stock Carvin GT12 speaker tomorrow for $45.00. That almost covers what I paid for the EV12L! :)

Congrats on your "new" wah.
Based on the part values he changed, it seems like the modder knows what he is doing.

How does it sound?

No metal solo tones??? Boooo. J/K. That looks like you had fun with the iron. I wish I could experience before/after clips though!

I will let you know when I get it back. I had to send it out to a guy (see above post) who has been experimenting over a year to find the right sound. He mods all kinds of stomp boxes too!

No No...DLT would not dare to try to do delicate soldering work. I sent it out.

The Cry Baby wah wah vs. a Vox sounds very mid range tone wise. This mod will make it sound very McCoy like. Nice low to high sound in one sweep. None of that trying to fiddle in the middle to get it to WAH.

I decided to have my vintage wah modded because the thing has been indestructible for very many years. Never had a problem with it.

THis is where I found the guy:
