Do the pickups use four conductor + shield output cable? If so, you have drawn the white (yellow) conductors to the wrong terminals on the DP3T switches. Even if the pickups are three con + shield, I suggest connecting the bare ground separately from the insulated green. This could prove useful if you need to connect one pickup in reverse with respect to the second.
If you wish to minimise hum in single coil mode, it might be advisable to split one pickup to whichever coil is North magnetic polarity and the other pickup to whichever coil has South magnetic polarity.
Force of habit makes it difficult for me to contemplate Jazz Bass pickups controlled by anything other than VVT pots. For me, this is pretty much locked in muscle memory.
Additionally, I am pretty anti rotary switches at present. Last year, I replaced the pickup selector in my 1993 PRS with a Freeway 3X3-03 toggle. Last week, I havered over buying a Gibson Lucille because of the Vari-Tone switch.
