So I happened into a Reissue Bassman. I love it. Love the edge of breakup tones. Really a great amp indeed. Sounded dynamite with a TS up front too.

Yeah I love it guys. Need to find a suitable reverb pedal for it. I tried an EH analog delay with it and that was pretty righteous.

Sweetness. I've got a 68 Bassman and an oversized 68 Showman cab. It's my go to amp for everything. I lurve it.

HNAD!!! I have rented the 59 LTD Bassman and it loved my pedals and sounded great cranked too!

I have a Clapton strat and I never use the mid boost with SF/BF amps. But with the tweed circuit, the mid boost will drive a almost clean loud amp into some serious breakup tones.

I have 2 Bassman 70's now, a tuner and a blues driver for leads, and a power soak is all I need. I really love how crunchy these get.

while they are all cool amps, the tweed bassman and later ones have little in common.

i used to have an ltd and it was a great amp but too loud for me. if you really want the best get a fender reverb tank. nothing else sounds as good with that amp

I ended up ordering a Digitech RV 7. Looking forward to firing it up.
