Mesa has the Mini Rec 112 cabs, slant or straight, but they are more than three bills.

Ampeg made some decent 1x12s in recent years for 3 bills and under. Best constructed/materials cab I could find at that price, and they had V30s stock.

Avatar does some nice cabs in your price range. The Hellatone 60 speaker is a Vintage 30 that has been gently broken in and rebranded.

Traynor makes the YCX 1x12 . . . it's a closed back cab that's built a bit deeper than most for better bass response. The blue one and red one both have a V30 in 'em and are around 300$ new, and go for 200ish used. I think the black one has a celestion 70/80.

Yup. Ampeg has gone into the ****ter since they moved to Vietnam or wherever the hell they are made now. But that said, their extension cabs for the GVT line are great bangs for the buck.
