neck bucker in Tele

Ok...I am planning what might be the next guitar. In the bridge I will more that likely go with a Duncan Vintage 54 (or a used BG-1400, since I don't want to deal with the Custom Shop for a while), but Im gonna stick a fullsize neck bucker in it...give me some suggestions.

you crazy kids and your crazy humbucking pickups!

Re: neck bucker in Tele

How 'bout a Mini Custom, if they have a neck version that is? I always though it would sound cool in a Tele.

Re: neck bucker in Tele

a mini is a great idea.

i've got one in the neck of my tele with an antiquity II bridge and it's an awesome combo.

Re: neck bucker in Tele

I have a Fender split pole (thinline Bucker) in the neck of my tele. But
if i was to rethink it...I'd go with a mini !! SM-1 :32:

well...I'm pretty sure that if this guitar ever comes to, it will have a bucker in the neck....that's why Im leaning towards a BG-1400 in the neck...it would be noiseless in all positions!

well...I have heard real good things about the BG-1400 which is a stack, and it would just be nice to have both pickups to be humbucking...
