Anyone want to discuss why there are so few neck 'buckers in the fatter-than-'Tron, sub-PAF range...?

Because it's a "niche" market, covered mostly by boutique winders.
For high-production p'up makers the sales just aren't there.

Yesss, not so easy to recommend a selection of pups to someone, when they don't exist... DMZ Super 2 is weirdly the closest available thing, even though it's wound with 43 AWG.
