Neck pickup sound halfway dead?...

Hello once again guys, so one les paul my bandmate own got a little fix up...and then we discovered the pickups were not sd's, so i wired them up with a new pickup selector(old one had 3pins and was epiphone made, new one is switchcraft) as i thought was right...and now the bridge pickup sound right, but the neck sound a lot(like 70%) weaker...what could have gone wrong?

Oh also the white one is the bridge...the pickups are "burns 61" non sd whatever that is...

Whats the blue one and why is it attached to the yellow wire?

Oh, the blue one is just some tape i took on tge ground wire so some small thingys(parts of the wire) would not stick out and ground outher cables...(its underneath the yellow one on its own spot there)
