Neck pickup suggestion

Hi

I have a baritone guitar (see picture). It has a pickup similar to a JB in the bridge (a little bit clearer maybe).
In the neck it has a Duncan Design pickup similar to a HotRails. I would like to replace the neck pickup.
The pickup should have the following features
- fully hum-canceling
- cleans up nicely when the volume pot is turned down
- clear sound, stable on the lows (it's a baritone tuned to B), not muddy, maybe a bit on the bright side like a single coil should be
- nice and full clean sound
- overdriven sound..... hm... secondary. Smooth, but really it's the clean sound and the interaction with the volume pot that is what I'm after.

I was spontaneously thinking of a Little 59, but really I have no idea.

Neck wood- maple
Fretboard - rosewood
Body wood - mahogany

Re: Neck pickup suggestion

I have no clue about baritone guitars, and perhaps maybe most people here are the same, especially with regards to what tones you want.

I'm wondering if maybe a Vintage Rails would suit you.

Well let's suppose it wasn't one - what would be a clear, medium output pickup that doesnt hum?

Re: Neck pickup suggestion

edit: nevermind. I just noticed it was single coil sized.
