Who was the Forum guy that was offering his services for custom engraving
work on neck plates? I tried searching the messages, but couldn't locate his
threads.

Any ideas? :)

You're probably thinking of Andrizzle, who's shop burned down, but I think they're getting back on their feet.

he did an awesome engraving on the neckplate on my new Strat! He is very good at converting files as well. I had an image that was pretty low resolution and he was able to convert it into what was needed. I would definitely give him a call. Here is what he did for me. (not a very good pick, but it will give you an idea)

Sure, but they don't give discounts to SDUGF members. Also, the detail in my plates will generally exceed what you see other people doing. It's an art to me, and it's not my primary source of income... which allows me to treat each order as a "piece" instead of a "job"
