This was cleared out of an old Gretsch factory in 1980, it's what was supposed to become a Gretsch BST-5000, a double-cutaway neck-thru sustain monster. The factory shut down and everything was left undone. I picked this up on ebay recently, but decided to concentrate on my other project (see avatar) instead. I'm asking $150+shipping
This a 3-piece neck maple with a layer of walnut in between. 24 frets (low and wide), rosewood fretboard, 24.75 (Gibson) scale, binding, and an uncut nut. The trussrod adjustment is on the bottom of the neck. The wings are Walnut, one is 1-piece, the other is 2-piece. It's all 2" thick. The guitar IS NOT glued togehter yet, I just set the 2 wings beside the neck for the photo.
Basically, it's up to you to finish sanding it, glue it together, route for p'ups, electronics, and hardware, and apply a finish.
