Need a multi effects guitar pedal - stereo in and headphone out

Finishing up a Tele build with a fishman power bridge, stereo output jack. Want to be able to play with headphones. Anyone know of something like this?

One a Pod or XT live is coming to mind. Someone smarter will likely know and chime in soon.

Don't know of any with stereo inputs.

Man, if you don't know my guess is there isn't one. I think I'll buy another G1ON split the stereo one side to each input and then figure out how to set up the headphones.

Line 6 Helix does have multiple inputs and you can do dual signal paths.

Thank you Johnny the Kid. However, that Line 6 Helix would be like using a steam roller to crack a walnut. I'm just looking for headphone setup so I can play my guitar and not having the wife keep telling me to turn it down.

Oh I see.

There is the TC Electronics Nova System. However, that has one clean input and one that goes to a distortion circuit, so I don't know how you'll feel about that.

In a previous thread, we pointed you to a stereo A/B Box, so the other option would be to get a decent multieffects unit and plug the AB box into it.

A small mixer or something that has two channel inputs can work, you could change the stereo plug on one side of the cable and use two mono plugs. You would need two multis for this, or something like the ms70cdr or ms50g for use with the acoustic side.

Another way would be to get a used pod hd500, since the dual chains allow two independent lines you could place the fx block in the start and connect through the two fx return inputs individually for each pickup type. Not sure on the specs of the desktop version but maybe the xlr input could be used for this but i don't know.

Nova system looks good, thank you. BTW, what is a decent multi effects unit?

Re: Need a multi effects guitar pedal - stereo in and headphone out

You might want to make sure you can use both inputs at the same time on the Nova. One input is for using the unit in front of an amp, the other bypasses the dist/OD and boost section and is for running it in the effects loop, so might want to look into that further.

IMHO, they would have had a total winner with the Nova if they had set it up so you could run it with the 4CM.

I did think of the Helix because it does have multiple inputs but didn't recommend it, sounds like you are looking for a <$100 practice solution not a $1500 do everything solution.

Wrong. My Zoom MS70CDR comes with 2 ins 2 outs and the size is that of a stomp box.

Boss GT-100 has everything you need. I use the head Phone jack at night to practice.

That is exactly what I have hoped for. Thank you...I knew you would have the answer.
So why do you need stereo inputs with a guitar? I understand stereo outputs as if you wanted to run 2 amps thats ideal but why in's?
