Need a quick suggestion here folks...
Hi everyone thanks for giving me a hand here..
I am building a guitar for a customer and its gonna be an Alder boby with quilted maple top and back.. A 5pc through neck and a floyd rose. The fretboard is Ebony.
He wants a JB in the bridge...
We dont know what we want in the middle and neck..
here is the sound we are looking for...
"if possible I would want a dual sound humkbucker neck pickup that screams in the neck and can be tapped for noisles single coil sound and used in combination with the middle pickup for the out of phase sounds... in the midlle we want a single cloi pickup that will compliment the JB and neck when used in positions 2 and 4 for the mark knofler tone..
What neck humbucker would you recomend?
what middle single coil or noiseless singlecoil?
