I have two invaders in my guitar. Got both for a cheap price, thats why I have one in the neck too...
But, the bridge pup sound different than I thought... The one in the Neck almost sound more like a bridge pup actualy. If I have it close to the strings.
One I met today, he has the inver himself, who tried the guitar said he thought the pup's are in wrong places. Beacause both the pups sounded strange...
The one I have in neck position looks like the one on the picture on this site. It do also look like the one installet in bridge on the Tom Delonge strat...
The one I have in bridge have somewhat lover, but wider poles.
I said to the tech that the one with a B was to the bridge and the one with N was for the neck. If he was wrong I will skin him alive! :laugh2:
Is there a way to check it. I know there are suposed to be different D.C. Resistance on InvaderN and invaderB.. How do I check this?
Could it be possible to raise the pup's hig enough to look under with a mirror without ripping out the electronics? If so, how do I do this?
Sorry for having no pictures.. it would have made it much eazyer, but I haven't a digital camera, and none of my friends have it either...
