Need help on a JPP wiring setup.

So i didn't have the cahones to tackle this myself and now I have a problem, I farmed it out to my local shop that's always done me right. If I'm thinking correctly with the bridge p/up backwards it's OOP all the time. However it sounds only a little OOP, then when I pull the tone knob up it sounds correct for OOP. The harness is wired up as the SD schematic shows. The pickups are not SD's and I have no clue how the mags are oriented, but they have SD color coded wires so I'm assuming they're normal if the p/up is installed normally. Neither of the winders have responded to my questions so I'm on my own to figure out what in the hell is going on here. Can anyone help me out on making sure things are doing what they should? Thanks.

It is kinda hard to make a guess, except that there are no standards when it comes to wiring colors. The diagram is only for Duncan colors, so who knows what is going on until you hear from the winders.

The coil splits work correctly for sure, just curious what effect the bridge p/up being backwards is doing, and why it still sounds OOP when up if it is already OOP in the down position.
