Need help with ohm for my bugera 333-212 combo

Help! I have the Bugera 333-212 combo, made year 2011. I'm trying to figure out what impedance I need to use for this configuration below.

I'm using Bugera combo speakers plugged into one loudspeaker port 16ohm. The other loudspeaker port is a cab rated at 16ohm as well.

The part that's confusing me is the Manuel says "if 1 cab is connected to the head to use the impedance of the cab", and shows the non combo version of my head. Does the combos speakers count as a 2nd cab, since I'd be using the 2nd port/both ports?

I played this setup for about 10 min @ 16ohm impedance like the manual says....but a tube went cloudy. Should I have been at 8ohm??

If you are using the internal speakers (which are 16 ohms), plus an external 16 ohm cabinet, switch the selector to 8 ohms.

Thank you very much for the reply. I had a gut feeling it should be on 8ohm. The Manuel kinda seems misleading in its wordage and photo and what amp it's talking about.

Hopefully no damage was done to anything on the short time it was @16ohm. I think it's coincidence about the tube going cloudy. I would think if something would happen it would be a fuse or something with the amp...not a tube.

This is my first tube amp, only had it for 2-3 weeks. Bought it used from a local store.

when tubes go cloudy the vacuum is shot. power tube or preamp tube? either way i doubt it was the mismatch.

It was one of the power tubes. A 6L6GC. I ordered 4 new ones from JJ Electronics. I'm glad a mismatch didn't cause it. I had been hearing my low e string kind fart/flap on clean. I was told that's a sign of a bad tube. I thought I just needed a heavier string since I was de-tuned. It went away briefly, then my buddy noticed the cloudiness and I stopped playing it until I got new tubes, figured out the correct ohms, etc. I haven't gotten it back up and running yet. Waiting on tubes from the mail.

I went and bought a back up Marshall mg100hcfx...I get it Friday, in case this doesn't get fixed soon or it happened again. It's a solid state head...nabbed it for $189.

Also thanks for all the feedback everyone.
