HI all!
i just took out a pair of PG's out of my PRS and put them into an LP copy i made for my brother.
i wired everything and it all works but i get a LOT of buzzing that seems to be coming from the electricity stuff and not some interruptions from outside(radio signals, the p.c...) i then remembered that i did not wire anything to a "central ground"...when connecting the back of the volume pot to the tuno -o- matic bridge the buzzing disappears...my question is..is there a certain reason why the "central ground" should be the bridge(as it is on all my other guitars and as suggested on the schematics on this site)? or could it just be a regular screw that i place inside the control cavity? OR is it possible that i dont really need a central ground and the problem i have is because i have some other "ground connection" disconnected without noticing?
please help me out here!
