Need opinions and tips on my tone!

hmm, like the title says. I would like to hear your opinions on my tone and recording quality...

This one is recorded by micing up my Marshall AVT100 though it has a Line-Out. I tried micing it...cause it sounded, to my ears, all flat when I recorded using the line-out jack.

I used a budget priced Sony mic (F-V320) and the result did turn out much better that i thought in the beginning. What do you think? Take a listen and give me some critics. I would also like to hear opinions on my tone on this one?

I know the playing and timing ain't nearly perfect...but that's not a priority in this case
