Need pickups recommandations on my Strat PWE 7 Strings

Hi , i want to change my pwe pickups , they are too vintage for me .
The guitar is a 7 strings with alder body , maple neck / rosewood , and floyd rose .
I love the Andy timmons sound , evh ... , i 'd love an organic sound , open , not very high output , for rock , blues and metal .
I think about JB or Custom 5 with ssl1 ou ssl5 for middle and neck .
What's your advice for HSS config .

If the pickups in there are too vintage for you, then you aren't going to want SSL1's since they are vintage spec pickups. However, given that the pickups Timmons uses are only slightly hotter than vintage, I'd think an SSL5 would be way too hot. So, I don't know that any Duncan singlecoil is going to be better than whatever you have in there now. I would recommend the Custom 5 over the JB in an SSH setup. It has more of an "open" sound that I think would blend better with singlecoils. For what it's worth, I think you sound great in your video. Nice playing too!
