Need some grounding help

I`m working on grounding my hot rails n dist trembucker, There`s alot of noise when I`ve got distortion on, most of it goes away when I touch the jack, pickups etc. I`ve put a ground wire from the volume pot (where i have most of my grounds) to the bridge, what more can I do? and what do I need :question:

It sounds like you have a grounding problem. make sure that all your grounds are connected to the grounding prong of your output jack because that is the only place it truly can ground.
