which ones do I need? they are on a crappy multi effects, plastic and cracked from the cold I'd assume.

Agree.
Every pedal builder does things differently, so it's really impossible to know until you open it up.
Before you replace the jacks though ... what exactly is the problem? I've found that 90% of all problems I had with a jack were solved with a shot of contact cleaner.
