Need wiring help....

Here's what I have;

1 Four conductor humbucker (JB)
1 Vol pot
1 Tone pot
1 Strat 5-way
1 DPDT on/off/on switch


What I'd like is a wiring schematic that'll let me go series/split with the 5-way, and phased with the DPDT switch.

I tried doing it myself, but I must've screwed up somewhere because all the DPDT switch is doing is acting as an on/off switch....

I want to make sure I understand what you want. This guitar will only have the one pickup? Or will there be another? Do mean you want to use the DPDT to reverse the phase of the JB coils relative to each other?

A friend of mine just explained to me that putting the two halves of a humbucker out of phase with each other won't work well as the two halves of a HB are too similar and will cancel each other out too much.

So, I'm going to turn it into a series/parallel switch now.
