NEW AMP DAY (Fender + Traynor content !)

It's finally come time ! NEW AMP DAY excited !

Might be disappointing for some cause its a solid state Fender head but I personally like the sound !!

It's a Fender FM100H 100 watt head on top of a Canadian made Traynor DHX212 Cabinet !

The combination of the two sounds awesome ! Lot of low end and good treble for metal styles, nice lower gain and clean sound as well ! VERY LOUD !
Can't wait until Sunday to try this thing with my band !

I was at a local Music Store a while back. It was pretty busy, and I was talking to a friend I ran into there.
Back in the corner, out of view, I heard a guy on guitar playing Sweet Home Alabama, and then some Joe Walsh-Rocky Mountain Way stuff. Sounded pretty good.....so I checked it out.
It was the store owner...a pretty decent player, plugged into one of those heads and a 2x12 with Greenies. I was surprised, but I should not have been. At "lowwer volumes", there are Many SS Amps that sound good. Just goes to show (AGAIN) how much of the sound comes from the player.
Seems like where SS usually fails is when they give up on their clean head room. I am sure with 100 Watts, you will have lots of room to play with in that amp. I say Well Done and Congratulations..!!!
Some day you will buy another amp, and a "better" amp. But there is Nothing wrong with that Fender.....the rest is up to YOU.

There's hardly any low volumes with this thing gets Loud real quick !!
