Better equalisation on the guitar.

I would still like to feel the bass guitar and kick drum some more. Does your recorder/software have a sub-bass effect? Good ol' Aphex Aural Exciter with Big Bottom would do. Add a pinch of that.

Maybe, it is just the "bass lightness" of .mp3?

The bass guitar was recorded straight into the board, and later i re-amped it with Ampeg Amplitube.

The bass drum is a sample.

I dont know if i can add subass..

maybe its eq? like, boost under 50hz?

Aural Exciter synthesizes high frequency overtones to accentuate high frequency detail. Sub-bass processors synthesize low frequency "undertones", so to speak.

As an Apple Logic user, I have this readily available as an insert effect. Used on a Yamaha Attitude bass guitar, the process adds some of that deep, Adam Clayton "throb".
