New bridge pickup for my 'Paul

Okay, I got a '95 Classic that needs a new bridge pickup, because the stock pickups Gibson puts in Classics are, IMO, sh*thouse.

I know essentially what I want, but here's the deal: lets pretend I'm Joe Perry and I'm getting ready to rock. Which pickup would I use in the bridge position, an Antiquity or a Seth Lover?

Joe has used alot of different things. Could you mention a certain Perry tone or era at least. Either of them might not be the right choice depending on what you want.

Well I guess I'm generalising a bit when I talk about Joe Perry tone. I like his sounds on the first few albums a lot. Basically I need a pickup that can do "classic" rock, blues, some nice clean tones. Maybe I'll just give the Seth Lover a go, I'm kinda leaning towards that anyway...

i'd say go for the seth lover, from what i've heard of it it's a pretty good pickup for the "classic rock" sound

Alrighty then! (wow, I havent said that since 1995! lol)

Seth Lover it is then. I'd practically made up my mind, just needed a little nudge :D
