New clip: string test (maiden cover)

so, changed strings (got daddario XL 10-46 now) and cleaned the fretboard.. playing seems a little smoother.

recorded a quick clip of one of my favourite riffs, then decided to pan it left and record another take and put it right.. found out that it's not THAT easy lol
again forgot to decrease the amplitude and do a hiss reduction *sigh* i gotta print that out and stick it in front of me so i wont forget it..

so, here it is.. what do you think of the sound?

Intro sounds great man, tone works fine!

I think though in the verse theres a bit too much gain goin on and it gets a little fizzy.

i said it earlier.. leave...me...and...my...gain...the...****...ALONE!!!

yea, it starts clipping cos i didnt figure out how to record properly yet.. just one track is fine, but when i try to record something over it, it takes the 1st clip plus the stuff you're playing.. thing is, i got the recording source set on guitarport and i'm not running the sound of the playback through it..
