i think so, didn't you send it a while back? in march?

Re: ****new Clip****

The lead is nice, but the rhythm has way too much chorus. Sounds like it would be better suited for an acoustic. It's a nice progression anyway.

Re: ****new Clip****

I listened to the whole song, here is my constructive criticism:

I LIKED the mellow rhythym, and the cord changes as it allowed you to solo on 2 scales.

I DISLIKED the fact that when soloing in the lower frequency notes you tended to hit every note in the scale. I thought you made a few minor solo mistakes, that could have possibly been edited out in the recording. you had that rythym-pup tone going, like early-on metallica solos over slow music (which is fitting). the rythym guitar work could have been mixed up - as you strummed each cord a couple times - you could have used other variations on the cord up and down the guitar neck (ie an octave can be found in various places on the neck, along with other notes root 3rd 5th etc)

good stuff!

Re: ****new Clip****

thanks!

yeah, my dad told me the same thing with the lower frequency trouble. i dont know how there was too much bass in it actually, i was using the bridge pickup and not oo much bas on the amp. i dont know.
i dont know how to work with all of my recording software, i only know how to record and silence a part of a sound wave. my friend knows more about it, i'll assk him.
the solo was improvised though, so there are going to be some mistakes, and the rhythm track was done a while ago, couple months ago if i remember correct.
