Hi everybody!
finally i ordered my custom guitar! it will be built by Jacaranda (http://www.jacaranda.it) in Milan.
features are:
- lefthanded (the main reason why i wanted a custom guitar, lefthanded have a f***ing hard life!))
- alder body (shape is the one like the Jacarnda JST model,it's like a slim strat/soloist shape)
- maple neck with dark rosewood fretboard, 24 extra jumbo frets, graphtech nut, slim neck backshape, bolt on, with white binding, sperzel locking tuners
- I-Spira pickups (http://www.i-spira.com, those are handmade italian pickup, all the people that tried them were simple blow away by their quality!), bridge Blu, middle Replica, neck Raro (H-H-S, the second reason why i wanted a custom guitar)
- Tonepro bridge with strings truh body
- 1 volume, 1 tone, 1 5way switch and a HB/SC mode switch (simply split the bridge pickup and on the 5way you got B, B+N, N, N, N like on a tele)
- Color Fender Sonic Blue and black hardware :fingersx:

but now i must wait till november to play this beast!

Those specs are boner-inducing. :D H-H-S intrigues me, though...

Guess we'll have to wait until november to see pics of that beast!
Got any pics of a similar guitar to what you're getting?

well the fretboard had to be ebony but the liuter told me rosewood is a way better (more stable, ebony tend to become thinner, if not well seasoned...).the final result should be something like this:

That looks like it'll be a KILLER guitar. I'm definitely looking forward to pics of the fiinished product.

Looks like Stephen Carpenter's guitar (Deftones) in white.

in fact it's a lot inspired form the stephen carpeter model, but with some personal mod you don't find on carpenter's guitar.
don't worry for the pics, i'll post them when it's finished :D

Awesome. It probably costs about the same as the Japanese ESP Stephen Carpenter model. Japanese ESPs cost more then most USA Gibsons :smack:

a new esp stephen carpenter in italy cost 4500 euro (5700$!), in usa it's priced 3200$ (about 2500euro).
mine will cost 1500 euro (which are about 1900$) w/ hard case ,so "almost" the half (or less than the half if you look at the european price)!

Congrats! This is one fine looking axe! I also will say that it does look inspired by the old SRCs (he had one in pale blue or green (some sort of really pale seafoam green if memory serves me well) or something similar to your as far as color goes too...

Looks really classy. I'm sure a custom guitar must be something awesome to get your hands on.... enjoy! :)

The neck is birdseye maple
