So not only do I get let outta the nuthouse today but my supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Explorer from Rob arrived :) Unfortunately the fedex beasts had fun with the headstock again...

:scared::eek2: that thing looks epic... i dig on the Ken Lawrence headstock... that has to be the classiest metal looking explorer ever

Looks like the Ken Lawrence Explorer that Hetfield plays - headstock design, fibre optic side dots, premium woods etc. *Browses website* well, no wonder :duh:; seems to have built a few replicas of Kirk's and James' guitars.

Pretty tasty piece. Bet it sounds beastly :firedevil.
