New Gear Rocks!!

Well I just snagged a new bass....traded my beat to crap Ibanez BTB 500 (which I didn't really like that much anyone and it was decimated by the airline company) for a 1997 Mexican Jazz Deluxe Bass.

yeah, I"ve had some stuff strewn about my room for a while now, and add to that all of my tools for setting this thing up and restringing it...I'm psyched

man he really let this thing fall into disrepair...I had to shim the neck, adjust the truss rod, change all the saddle heights..I'm not talking normal setup from two people's personal preferences, I'm talking complete resetup as if it were a new instrument...ah well...I"m diggin it now good action, acceptable amount of buzz (almost every bass I've ever played has a very slight amount of buzz that doesnt' come through the amplifier). ....looks like it's going to be a winner

sheesh, this beautiful bass, and all anyone talks about is my room...fine...I'll clean it tonight after dinner..geez!!
