I am thinking about getting new pickups for my Gibson SG Special. I have decided that a Super Distortion in the bridge would be good to get that Iron Maiden sound. But what for the neck??? Any suggestions??

For a Vintage Tone: SD '59 or SD Jazz
For cutting edge: SD Distortion
that's really all the input i can.....input....
I'd go for the SD Distortion. That way you'd have two Distortion pickups and it'd be cool

...For me the '59 had a bit too much bass to cut properly for Maiden in my SG. ..The Jazz Neck, Pearly Gates Neck, & Distortion Neck will pulloff Maiden better in a SG than the '59, imo. ...I can't say(out of the 3) which will work best for your setup, because I have no experience using them with the Super Distortion.
