Ok, i have a Jackson JS 30 and I it is time for an upgrade of pickups and i have no clue what setup to put in there. I am looking for an all around good tone for metal or blues.

Welcome to the forum, man. I'm sure I'll get some disagreement on the blues end, but for metal (and IMO blues) I'd go with a JB in the bridge. It's a great all around pickup. I'm sure you'll get some other good ideas.
