I love Ministry and all but:

Is that supposed to be a Flying M or W? I suppose M for Ministry right? :smack::smack::smack:

Re: New Schecter Al Jourgensen Signature Guitar

Ha, I drew a guitar like that in my school diary when I was still at school, except it had rounder legs like a Gibson V. I thought of it as a W rather than an M.

Somehow a Bigsby doesn't quite do it on a would-be metal guitar.

Re: New Schecter Al Jourgensen Signature Guitar

Umm... A: for effort of making something different.. At least this isnt a tweak of something else out there. Hey, lets take a V, add a stripe and an artist name truss cover and raise the price $200!!

F: for over all Fail..

Re: New Schecter Al Jourgensen Signature Guitar

Yeah this is weird. This is the like third guitar in a couple weeks I've disliked...

2012...

Re: New Schecter Al Jourgensen Signature Guitar

They're just now putting this out? Ministry hasn't been relevant for years!

Re: New Schecter Al Jourgensen Signature Guitar

They must have bought all the leftover Dean Dave Mustaine doubleneck bodies.

Re: New Schecter Al Jourgensen Signature Guitar

Hmm... funny.. I just saw this on Schecters facebook page, saying it's not a production model, it's a custom shop for him....

Re: New Schecter Al Jourgensen Signature Guitar

ahhh.. here is the quote: 'Built for Industrial Demigod -; AL JOURGENSEN for the upcoming MINISTRY tour. …. the specks is what he wanted and is a custom. made! this is not a production guitar.'

Re: New Schecter Al Jourgensen Signature Guitar

I'm pretty sure they add that another horn to counter neck balance issue that many associated with flying v guitars.
