Still trying to figure out the new "improved" website. One thing I noticed is that some of the Strat singles (like the SSL-5) no longer seem to be available with a coil tap. Is this due to the new flatwork? If so, my days of buying Duncan single-coils are likely over.

Judging by the new text copy, the path to coil tapped SSL-5 pickups is - More Info - Need More Options? - Hyperlink to SD Custom Shop.

This may or may not be a good thing.
1) It must certainly save manufacturing costs on production runs of items that are not best sellers.
2) It is possible that the SSL-5T for bridge position could be due to be renamed.
3) More importantly, perhaps, if a customer has to order a Tapped single coil replacement pickup, it ought to be possible to specify the approximate DC resistances of the full and tapped outputs. (Not everyone wants 50%.)
