I spent my tax return on a new Charvel So Cal in deep purple metallic and I love it! It plays and sounds great and the color is awesome!

Congratulations on the guitar There will sadly be no tax return guitar in my house this year. My wife and I got killed this year on taxes, and have to pay a bit in on the Federal and only a modest return for the state. All of our kids are grown and gone, so most of our deductions left with them. Enjoy your newest addition to the family.

But that pick guard has got to go. They should be ashamed of themselves for not putting at least a BWB guard on there. Black pearl would look incredible, too!

I’m not usually a fan of the pearl guards but you’re right...a black pearl guard would be slamming on this guitar.

I agree about the pickguard. I have a small sheet of carbon fiber vinyl wrap that I'm going to try to cover it with next time I change the strings. I think that'll look killer!

Sweet guitar! I'm avoiding taxes as I will likely need to sell a guitar or two....
That guitar is TIGHT! But I want to do something with the pick guard too. Just not sure what???? Purple mirror? Black Mirror? Black Pearl? Something else?

Beautiful axe! I wish I could spend my tax return on a new guitar, but every dollar of it is going to bills and debt.

I own a guitar outside of my current budget that I'd like to sell. Is now a good time to list it for sale? Or have all the tax return people likely filed, and what's left is people procrastinating on the tax bill they owe?
