New "TBX-like" Wiring Project Question for the Experts

Based on the success with the TBX mod on my Hamer SATQ rewire, I'm considering a new rewiring project.

My Carvin DC135 -koa, Hot Rails(n) Carvin S60 blade(m) pickupspstom Custom(b) has the Stellartone ToneStyler installed and it's not the best fit for what I need, but I like the 1+ Meg stacked volume pot and the way it brightens up the usually warm koa tone.

My first thought was to wire up a 1 Meg DPDT volume pot with a cap -don't know the value yet- (or cap and resistor, or just a resistor) to be able to mellow out the 1 Meg pot when desired (not sure of the best way to do this), but to be able to bypass it when desired.

Also looking to wire up a stacked concentric pot to give me seperate, independent, continuous roll off of treble as well as bass (the TBX mod gives a drastic bass roll off between center detent at 5 and 6 with little if any change from 6 to 10, and you can't get both treble and bass rolloff at the same time).

Here's what I came up with (the Tone wiring is the same as the TBX mod as a starting point):

Will this work or does it need tweaking/adjusting?

Thanks

Okay, after some wiring adventures, here's what I came up with:

OOPS! That little grey wire on the top right lead that goes nowhere is a "clean up" error and shouldn't be there!

Decided to use the DPDT pot to switch between tone caps.

The concentric pot came out okay. The treble roll off (0.047µF Hovland) works fine. Still need a smaller cap (smaller than 0.022µF) for the alternative.

The bass roll off cap (.001µF) does the job, but I think maybe a 500k Ohm pot might be just a little bit too "subtle." The bass roll off would probably be more pronounced with a 500k/1 Meg concentric pot.

All in all, the Carvin (all koa) sounds a lot more lively with the 1 Meg volume pot (it used to be warm but a bit muffled), and I can roll the tone back a bit to warm it up again. The Hot Rails in the neck actually sounds "stringy" on the top end now. The Custom Custom can get a bit brash in humbucker mode, but in single coil mode, it actually get's a little bit of "spank." The in between tones sound a lot more like a Strat.

Final clean up. This should do it.

I reversed the Bass roll off so that when both opts are on 10, you get the standard tone.
