It's my first Worth Guitar. But I've got two Gibson Explorers, a Paul, a V, and a ES-235. I wanted an Explorer with a maple top and ebony board with binding (well this one will have pho binding by my choice after seeing his work). Basically an Explorer made like a Paul in a sense. And Gibson would be INSANELY priced to get it built how I wanted. This was very reasonable all things considered. Still expensive. But I picked the wood and all lol.

totally not my body shape or color, but its phenominal. The top is outstanding, and it's exactly what I love.

I'm a big fan of Explorers too. I've started to find LP types more comfortable to play on in the last few years because I can keep my right arm closer to my body. But in terms of looks and how I expect a guitar to feel, Explorers will always be home turf.

I can certainly understand the appeal...they are very cool looking. This one is indeed amazing. Just not my thing (not comfortable for me).

I play a Les Paul too now. And it's funny. Because years ago, when I'd see James Hetfield play a Paul... I'd be offended lol. To me, him and an explorer were iconic. Then I got older... fell in love with Les Pauls too lol. And now I get it.

But I still favor the explorers lol.
