There are case queens and then there is this... 1986 Melody Maker. It has what I believe is a SD 59 in it. Just a fun rockin guitar that’s already played hard and put away wet so I don’t have to worry about scratches. It’s a solid player with a great broken in feeling. My first MM. this model was a only made from 86-88 and was a favorite of Joan Jett. Also unique about this model MM is the stop tail bridge instead of the wraparound and of course the single humbucker.
