Re: NGD! A Les Paul of a different kind

Are those the same as BKP Rebel Yells? If they are, the neck is similar to a Mule while the bridge sounds more like a SuperD to my ears.

No, Steve wanted them changed for the production guitars. Bareknuckle custom winds. Neck is 7.3k and the bridge is 8.2k. Alnico IV magnets, 42 AWG plain enamel wire with an asymmetric wind........so they're essentially Mule pickups

Re: NGD! A Les Paul of a different kind

That is really stinking cool. I understand the quality of those guitars is top notch. Congrats!!!

Re: NGD! A Les Paul of a different kind

Way prettier than a Les Paul. Looks quite fab.

Re: NGD! A Les Paul of a different kind

Im sure I need not ask, but do those play as good as one would guess?? I LOVED the SS model they did in black with the purple binding...

congrats on a dream axe bro!!

Re: NGD! A Les Paul of a different kind

Never played a Knaggs. I don't think I've ever seen one in the wild. Heard good things and seen them on plenty of videos. Very nice. Congrats.

Knaggs makes some pretty awesome instruments. You can read more about the company in my blog here.
