Hello to all,

Finally i've completed my new JPM7-321. It was once a RG7321 with full of modifications especially on electronics. A few month ago, i decided to change its appearence and refinish it into JPM P3. And at last i have what i want to have, JPM7;

Specs;

Body: Basswood
Neck: 5 piece maple/walnut
Production: 2007 Ind.
Neck Pickup: DiMarzio Blaze
Bridge Pickup: DiMarzio Blaze Custom
Pots:Alpha&CTS (no load)with Orange Drops and treble bleed mod
Additional coil splitter switch
Finish: Gloss Nitrocellulose JPM P3 finish
All Modifications done by myself

And there you go...

That's some serious 80s-90s inspired axe!

Congrats man on a job really well done!!!

The RG7321 is one of the most aesthetically boring guitars Ibanez ever made, but you, efendim, made it classy as hell. Did the original Petruccis have the pattern on the back or not?

I have almost the same guitar, but mine's older...the RG7621. It is very uninspiring aesthetically, but man is it a nice guitar! I don't even have the neck binding like yours to dress it up a little. Your makeover makes me want to rob your idea. Is that all paint, or paint over decals?

80s, but in a cool For Your Eyes Only kinda way

Thanks a lot :) Actually, this is an axe from the "i am very intellectual guy, i've got a cool ibanez, i'm in a prog metal band with surrealistic lyrics and play 30 minute solos over polyryhtms" era :)

Very impressive work!

Oh. My. GOD.

****ing NICE, man!!!!!

Thanks guys :)

Indeed. Plain black is the most boring thing on guitars imo. So that i want to bring an attitude as much as i can :)

You shold do that. Bring life back to your axe :)

Bro, please wear some kind of mask when spraying nitro.

Otherwise, very cool!!!

Bro, please wear some kind of mask when spraying nitro.

Or any kind of sprayed finish, for that matter -- rattle cans, airbrush, poly, whatever.

And cool-ass makeover, too!

That is WAAAAY COOL, nicely done.

Thank you :)

Normally i always wear my 3M mask but i took it off because of taking a photo :)

Thank you for your care guys ;)

Now I'm even more impressed. I don't like decals either. I can do the painting, and doing a quality clear coat is no small feat, but that masking job is intimidating. Great work.

Re: NGD:JPM7- IBZ Picasso JPM3 Content

Ya know....

I usually dislike those 80's style guitars as much as I dislike "Big hair" and the music that goes with em but you did a real nice job on that one by bringing a real "Art vibe" to the project.

In fact, thats a shredder that I could see owning and enjoying!

Good going!

Re: NGD:JPM7- IBZ Picasso JPM3 Content

Congratulations!!
