NGD: Petillo Tele Style

This is a Tele style guitar that my friend Dave Petillo recently made me. It's designed after an old Pirate Ship and Bar Room floor from Asbury Park, NJ (where I reside). It has a compass from 1891 inlayed on the front and a tribute to Lance and Debbie's Wonder Bar engraved on the back nameplate. All hardware is made of brass (including the PG). It's made from a one piece Basswood body. The neck is a 14 radius made of made of Red Box Alder and Amazon mahogany glued on top of one another. The back headstock shows the three layer veneer of German maple and European Holly dyed red. The nut is Graphite. The frets are Stainless Steel Petillo Precision frets that have a slight dome on them to make them easier to play for me (I have a tough time with the triangular ones).
