NGD!! Plus VCC WTF?

This came for me in the mail today

I'm switching out the pickups of course, only thing is the guitar has VCC and the pickups are wired through the VCC tone pots first, then to the volume pots, i found a diagram on the Washburn Forum that says its for SD's but it seems to be missing a wire...?

i checked here, there isnt a diagram for a VCC guitar (i didnt think there would) but would anyone know if the other diagram is any use? it seems to be missing the bare wire...

EDIT: ive noticed that the bare wire for the pickups that are in it at the mo seems to be soldered to the side of the vcc pot, is this where i should put it?

Bare always goes to ground, as far as I know.

IIRC it's basically a spin-a-split. Turn the pot all the way in one direction gives you just one coil, all the way in the other direction would give you both coils in series.
