nitro frinish

Re: nitro frinish

...maybe I should tell my friend to stop spraying it in the bathroom :laugh2: Well, he doesn't seem to care much about not dying in other ways so...

came out exquisitely though ;)

Well, on HC there´s enough negative buzz about practically anything to make people nervous about purchasing it.

Not saying it´s not valid, but HC to me seems to attract negative comments and flamewars more than constructive reviews and discussion.... it may be the environment ;)

if you look on harmony central, there's enough negative buzz to make me nervous

Link? I didn't see anything (Well, one guy complained the color was wrong and it took about 4 months)

i'm not trying to say it's a bad outfit -- in fact, i bought a flame maple pickguard from them for my current partsocaster and it really makes the look of the guitar -- just saying it makes me nervous when i think about sending them a lot of $$ to do work that i'm going to be particular about

Re: nitro frinish

a couple of weeks or months back, a fellow forum bro thought of ordering a body from guitarmill. that's the first time i heard of them. not sure if he really did got one and had it nitro-ed.

edit: pushpin&poetry ordered a 1-pc swamp ash body. https://forum.seymourduncan.com/showthread.php?t=79031&highlight=guitar+mill

i sent pushpin a pm, making inquiry, and got this response: "Yah, I got a Tstyle body and it's great!! Same product, Cheaper Price. Go for it."

so, good news so far on guitarmill -- plus i've been emailing mario who seems to be in charge down there, and he seems pretty helpful. The signs appear favorable for guitarmill..... :smokin:
