Hi guys,

Long time no see because I've been busy working with my new band. Playing now guitar, played bass in the previous band. We have an EP coming up and an event management company behind us for the gig promotion and arrangement. We aren't going to leak the EP yet to the public but here's a song I made for us. No lyrics in here yet but coming soon. I hope you like this.

Cheers

P.S. The EP is recorded with real drums and stuff so there will not be my pathetic Toontrack drumming in there ;)

I like the lead tone a lot. The riffs kick ass especially the one at 1:13 and continues through the song. Excellent piece all around. :friday:

man, that's some meaty sh!t right there. Sounds great!

Really good sense of timing/rhythm on the melodic leads, lets the rhythm guitars poke their heads out in all the right places.

Thank you, sir! I'm surprised how balanced this song became. Long story short: I changed strings to my LP and it sounded so good and played so well that I just had to record something. Three hours later I got this, haha. It was kind of an eruption of inspiration.

Wow! Really good man, I like it a lot. Recorded/mixed very well and great guitar tones. 99% of the time when I listen to a song someone posts on the internet, I shut it off after a few seconds because they are usually horrible. I have listened to yours straight through two times now.

How did you record this? What kind of miking on the guitars and drums? I love the drum mix too. Well done.

man, this is killer! Really would love to hear more! Sounds 80s without any cheeze.. Love it!!

Thanks! That was a huge compliment.

I recorded my LTD 1000 with JB/jazz using Peavey Revalver. Bass was straight to the line with some tubescreamer, compression and eq. Drums are were made with Superior Drummer.
So no real amps or drums in here, haha.

That's kind of what's my new band is all about. Pure effin' rock n roll without the cheeze. I'll definitely post more ;)
