No "Phase I" Blackouts for 8-stinrg, or am I missing something?

I was thinking of picking up a new 8-string guitar and noticed it has passive style pickup cavities. But I'm not seeing 8-string Blackouts in passive "Phase I" housing. I'm having a very hard time believing Duncan let EMG best them now, so please point me in the right direction.

Hey jscomposer, the 8-string Blackouts are soapbar (Phase 2) only.
