No sound - preamp tubes?

I have no sound when plugging into the main input but the return sound effects does have sound. I opened the back up and noticed all the preamp tubes were glowing except one only had a single lit up tube while the others had 2. Is this most likely whats causing my problem you think?

I have a Marshall JCM 2000 dual super lead.

Are those the original tubes? It's worth swapping to see if that's the issue.

Yep...swap it out for a new one...likely problem solved.
