Which one is better and why, the BOSS NS-2 or the MXR Smart Gate. Thanks, SIXX :smack:

NS-2 by far. MXR changes the original tone too much. If you really want the best noise suppressor around, pick up a ISP Decimator (but the NS-2 is great for the cash).

My NS-2 has served me well so far. I would only say make sure you adjust it right, then its very good IMO

sold my NS-2 away for lousy cash, urgh ... i support ISP
