Noiseless P90 dogear

greetings,,,, are the changes good for me going to be let down by not getting that authentic growl the 90's are known for? I'm a semi-gainy player, so the typical hum that plagues us? Does the staked coil design give one more of a H'bucker sound? thnx

It is more of a thicker P90 sound. I haven't really been happy with many stacked P90s compared to regular ones. I absolutely love stacked regular singles, but stacked P90s are a little to thick and wooly-feeling to me.

The Mojotone Quiet Coils are unreal....virtually quiet, and not traditional canceling design. I recommend the P90s and Tele ones. Havent tried the strats but imagine they're good too.

I have a set of Lindy Fralin noise-cancelling P-90's in one of my PRS SE's. They sound terrific - much better tone range than the stock units, with no hum.
