Pair of boutique Nordstrand Alnico 5 humbucker's that are in my '81 Les Paul Standard. Got a pair of double cream Super Distortions going in. They feature an Alnico V bar magnet and are slightly overwound for a nice thick midrange while retaining clarity and balance. The tone produced from the NVHn-B cuts through the mix with searing presence and punch while the neck pickup provides smooth classic saturation
The bridge pup is significantly hotter
These have chrome covers, neck full lead length almost 16", the bridge has 8"
